We warranty every surgical instrument bearing our brand names to be free of functional defects in workmanship and materials when used normally for its intended purposes. Any instrument proving to be so defective will be replaced or repaired at no charge.
Goods are supplied to account clients, on invoice, due and payable within 30 days.
Goods remain the property of Bydand Pty Ltd trading as Sayco Australia until full payment has been received.
Sayco Australia reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Should a price alter, clients will be advised at the time of ordering, before delivery.
GST is not included in the quoted prices on the pricelist.
Unless otherwise specified by the client, goods will be despatched by Bydand Medical's nominated carrier.
Occasionally, due to heavy demand or manufacturer's delays in supply, some items in the catalogue may be temporary out of stock. Should this situation occur, clients with be advised accordingly and given the option to place these goods on backorder. When backordered goods have arrived in stock, the client will be notified accordingly.
Wherever necessary all therapeutic goods listed in our catalogue are registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration.
All stainless steel goods are manufactured from not less than 400 grade corrosion resistant stainless steel/alloy and meet international standards. During the process of manufacture, instruments undergo a process of passivation. These instruments are suitable for sterilization by autoclave.
Contact our Customer Service or Sales representative for authorisation to return merchandise. In general, returns are not authorised for the following:
Any item not returned within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
Any item purchased on a "special order" or a custom basis.
Apparatus or equipment that has been used, processed or sterilised, or is without original packaging, labelling or operating manuals or that has been defaced in any way.
